GEMSTONE & DIAMOND: Our gemstones and diamonds are sourced ethically and are completely natural. We adhere to strict sourcing standards and only collaborate with reliable and qualified suppliers to ensure that our materials are ethically sourced and 100% natural.

METAL: The metal used in our jewelry pieces is 18K gold, and is completely genuine.

We offer complimentary gemstone certificates from GIT under two conditions:

1) For gemstones weighing 1 carat or more, we provide an individual certificate for each gemstone.
2) For gemstones weighing less than 1 carat, we will select one gemstone randomly within the jewelry piece for certification.

If you require an additional certificate or one from a different laboratory, please feel free to contact us for further details, including additional fees.

Our products are custom-made and generally require a production time of about 6 weeks. Please understand that this is an estimate, and the actual timing may vary depending on our order and gemstone certification queue (which is also depends on GIT laboratory).
Rest assured, we will dispatch your order as soon as it’s prepared, and you will receive a tracking number via LINE or email once it’s on its way.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Thailand)

We offer free shipping through KERRY EXPRESS, which typically takes 1-2 days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, we provide free shipping via FEDEX or DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days. Please be aware that in some cases, it may take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Kindly note that customers are responsible for any customs charges or additional costs that may be incurred upon the delivery of your order in your respective territory.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable events or unforeseen natural circumstances. Nevertheless, if you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will make every effort to assist you.

We ensure the authenticity of our products by providing an authentication certificate with each item.

Our product mainly made of spinel gemstone, and each stone has its distinct color. Thus, we recommend placing an order via our Line  to enable us to discuss and provide you with your preferred choice.

We will soon offer private appointments offline. Our initial showroom will be situated in Bangkok, Thailand, and we will notify you of the opening date via Line. To stay up to date with all the latest news, be sure to add us as a friend.

We recommend that you check the size of each product provided by us in the product details section since sizing may vary from jeweler to jeweler.

While we make every effort to prevent any mishaps, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If, by any chance, you receive a damaged item that can be attributed to a fault on our part, please notify us within two days of receiving the product.
